Keitaro y Naru siguen viajando juntos, pero se encuentran con Mutsumi quien, debido a su delicado estado de salud, Keitaro y Naru deciden acompañarla hasta Okinawa. En el camino se extravían y en un momento, Mutsumi besa a Keitaro, apareciendo los celos de Naru. Al finalizar el episodio, Mutsumi besa a Naru como muestra de su aprecio y le regala a Tama.
